I ended up being right with Toronto having one of its worst snowfall seasons on record. Hopefully Im wrong this time with the heat and Toronto hits 100F for the first time in 13 years. OrdIowPitMsp Posted June 11 Share Posted June 11 Little bit of chilly rain this morning, didn’t amount to much though. Skies cleared and temps are shooting up, jumped from 57 to 70 in under 2 hours. Temps still in the upper 40's with overcast skies. Sat showing clouds trying to hang for a while yet. Might get lucky in a couple hours and see some sun. What a cold June day so far. Not even Morch was a wall-to-wall torch the entire month. And even if it were, statistically-speaking, it's unrealistic to hold that or 2012 in general as the standard for a warm temperature pattern. And yes, Cosgrove was a few weeks too bullish with the transition to eastern ridging / western troughing for Met. Summer. But while delayed, it's definitely still happening. Up to the upper 50's right now. Hazy overcast with the sun trying it's best to break through. If it does, a quick jump into the 60's before it wanes. Got around a quarter inch of rain. Highs in the low 80's with upper 70's near the shore of the Lake. Stratus deck currently, but should break in a while. The stms in S MN keeping a cloud deck over the Cities.
