Took my sister out to a steak house for her birthday in Sarasota, I was going to get a nice ribeye and the waitress said they had a special, 8oz filet with a South African lobster tail, its sweeter and more tender than a Maine lobster. My sister lives in Maine and say no way, Maine lobsters are the best. So, I ordered the filet and South African lobster tail, and the waitress was right, it was sweeter and more tender than a Maine lobster, best lobster I ever had.

For me, the best part of a Maine lobster are the big claws - succulent and tender.  Do any lobsters other than the North Atlantic species have the large claws?

0.33" over 9 hours yesterday, max 61 after 5 days of 69-74.

Summer is here to stay

We tried to tell them..

Thus it is looking likely that we`ll see summerlike temperatures making their first appearance in 2024 on Tuesday and Wednesday for a large part of Southern New England, with
many likely not yet acclimatized to this warmth as yet.

I agree, I trade my tail for my sister's claws. She [refers the tail, I prefer the claws.
