Cool air over PNW (55-60 F) clashed with warmer air n of front (85 F); low developed and tracked into Alberta overnight, now into the cool air here with a steady rain. For my location, it was a productive and nearly perfect monsoon with almost daily rains coming in roughly .1" increments with a couple of of .5" days.
