PWMan Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 I always get a kick out how CMP’s public messaging pivots from the pre-storm “we’re preparing so we’ll be ahead of things and can efficiently restore power” to “this was an extreme event and we’re scrambling to assess things but it could be days before we fix everything.” I know it’s a huge, challenging job and I wouldn’t want to trade places with them. I’m guessing this could be a longer recovery than the recent ice storm since the damage seems much more widespread across NE (as opposed to the relatively narrow band that saw significant icing). 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
