87storms
Enjoy this day outside before rain returns later Tuesday. Another inch + on its way.On the bright side, the rain might keep allergies at bay. I’m expecting an uptick in pollen again.
stormy
24.2 degrees this morning froze all blooming peaches, cherries and plums in my orchard.
Eskimo Joe
Looks like I was overly pessimistic. Clearing out nicely in Maryland...our Frostburg mesonet site should get some nice solar data. www.mesonet.umd.edu

mdhokie
Weather since the early March warmup has been pretty blah. Can't seem to string together a stretch without inches of rain. Keep rescheduling softball practices but even when its not raining the fields are water logged. Don't see much relief in the extended, maybe May? What do our long range gurus think? BlizzardNole
Remains to be seen but it's nice to see 60s and 70s all the way thru the forecast period. Lot of rain later this week hopefully several dry days starting this weekend
North Balti Zen
After being cool (cold) and wet since mid-March, feels really nice out today with temps in the 70s.
87storms
Beautiful temps today. Just played some full court hoops, but it was clearly a pollen covered court. I had a feeling allergies were gonna ramp up after last week.

Yea, when I saw the Nam yesterday it didn't look all that inspiring for rain today, though I thought there was still rain in the forecast today. I'm good with today turning out as it did. dailylurker
It's wild how we go from the same weather for 6 months straight (40's and low 50's) to basically summer, overnight. When I was a kid, 35 years ago we had four seasons. Now we have two. Fall and summer.

We get like a week of "winter" anymore.
BlizzardNole
Yeah that months-long period of 40s/50s with dreariness and bare, forlorn-looking trees and barely any snow most years is too much. I call it "The Dark" lasting from Nov. 1 to March 31 and am glad it's over. Although sometimes April can stink but next week's looking great
