Another scenario (improbable, and would not have happened regardless of coach) was that if the Flyers were putting on pressure in the final minutes to NOT pull the goalie and see if they could tie it 5 on 5. The Flyers are simply awful with a man advantage and I personally think they could have tied it without pulling Ersson. Again though...in reality, that just would not happen and even if they did it was admittedly a very low probability. All this thinking has me stressing for fries now. Philly venues are pretty much in the $13 - $16 range this year. Chicken and fries is what I remember costing so much in Hershey.
