Met1985
We got hammered this morning! The storms knocked out our power initially with high winds heavily rainfall and lots of lightning. We are still getting heavy rain. We have well over 2 inches of rainfall just from today.
Buckethead
After the storms passed, my friend and I headed up to the AT in the fog. That turned out to be a great decision! The first two are photos courtesy of Thomas Mabry (and my shadow). If you look in the first one, we were both casting a spectre.
Met1985
What a way to end out May! After a freaking extremely wet and severe month here in the mountains we are going to end on a sunny and absolutely beautiful pattern. In 2 days lots will be seeing highs in the 60s and possibly some lows in the 30s! Amazing weather!Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
Maggie Valley Steve
Just emptied my rain gage from the weekend storms. Surprisingly I got 4.38 inches. I figured it would be over 2 inches, but didn't expect that much.
