Buckethead
I figured it was time. It is the first day of spring, after all! Here's the last sunset of Winter. It was around 20° and windy with flurries falling. Dropped to 12° this morning in Wolf. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk
Met1985
Was an extremely cold night and morning for this time of the year. Ended up hitting 16 degrees this morning. Not bad after a torch month and towards the end of March
Tyler Penland
Hit 21 with enough flurries on the ground to call it a trace this morning.Interested to see how the pattern shakes out over the next month with a Nina coming in hot. Wouldn't be surprised to see some big severe threats in April.

Buckethead
The smallmouth are on fire on the Nolichucky today! The air temp is warm enough (upper 60's) to wade in waist deep. The water wasn't feeling so nice though lol.I see snow in my forecast Saturday afternoon into Sunday. Meh. Met1985
Dang I'd love to be up in New England this weekend. That is a hell of a storm coming in.
Buckethead
Another great day on the Nolichucky! Even the trout were hitting plastic minnows. It was a perfect spring day other than the wind.Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk
Met1985
Temps falling, wind has picked up, and we have a steady mist going on with a very low cloud deck rolling in... possibly could see some flakes tonight...

Buckethead
That's an impressive troigh showing up for the middle of next week. As it stands now, it looks to be a decent chance for elevation dependent snow along the border on all guidance. Buckethead
60's today here in Wolf. The second half of this week is going to be quite the shock to the system. The GFS and euro show a prolonged nwf event from Wednesday to Friday now with decent accumulations in the 4-8" range. I just want good fishing weather lol.Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

It looks promising. Maybe 2 to 4 inches in the higher elevations. 1
Met1985
First it looks like we could get a significant line of storms blowing through here and putting down a lot of rainfall along the border.Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
Met1985
As for some snow it looks like we get several impulses from Wednesday through Friday... I'm saying 2 to 4 inches above 4000'...Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Met1985
The NAM 3k really blows up storms across the area. Also an early snapshot of the snow. The snow looks convective early on.Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

This is late in the season but not unheard of.

Honestly it can do whatever it wants as long as it's clear wherever I wind up at on Monday lol
