Yes it does. Im in the county next to Foothills and my sn is back to mod now. Would love to see it stay on that heading!

Something to possibly watch for in the upstate, there has been a noticeable increase in returns and intensity there...maybe a banding type feature? Regardless, Looks pretty impressive right now.

Just got back from doing the family thing all day but have been tracking radar and the board all day. Have right at 1 inch of snow and coming down moderately. Am liking radar trends as of late as we are seeing a few heavier bands develop over the upstate of SC heading northeast. Also seems like the back side of the precipitation shield is slowing down a little over N. Georgia. This could be the beginning signs of a pivot as the low begins to turn and deepen up the coast.

Low strengthened to 1006

3 people posted the same thing in a row, awesome...I have nothing else to say, so I'll go ahead and say I hope it bombs the coast as well! So far so good.

Haha! Yeah, this baby is looking really good...if its just beginning to bomb now...wow...watch out eastern carolinas.

Anyone got the 12hr. Ruc and look toward the FL GA boarder you can see the moisture making it turn to the North right now.

How much you got now ? I think we are just about through with accum. lgt snow just not accum. 31 degrees No doubt if it had been freezing all day we would have 8 inches. But I doubt we get any heavy snow tonight. what say you ? I got 5 1/2 - 6 inches

I went for a ride about 30 minutes ago, measured 5 to 6 also. looking @ the radar you can see a dry slot starting to form.

I say Powerstroke might get under the Def. Zone.

Oh well we got ours and happy for it. Just the snow weenie I am I want more!

This has been the craziest storm. I mean the flakes have been so small but they are piling up and sticking to everything.

WOW the slp is really getting wound up as it comes off florida, and what an explosion of precip in SE GA and SW SC. The cold air should come in quick once the low bombs.

Already is, look at the Thicknesses crashing on the back side...

Models have likely underdone QPF in SC and NC based on current radar and trends, at-least for areas in the Coastal Plain, 1004mb crossing FL now, exiting around Brunswick Ga, and radar is responding accordingly, this is a Big Storm! Atlantic is also starting to get very active with the ILM and MHX radar showing very strong storms offshore.

Oh wow! Once the low gets off SAV we will really be talking. And I agree, the low track looks about prefect for eastern/central SC and NC. Coastal areas may have temp problems but they'll def see some good snow. But even I was surprised at how quick the precip exploded in GA and SC...wow.
