Just looking at SWE of this system, Monday's snow was really wet. There was a little rn mixed in between 2-4 am (couple hundreths).

TH co-op data:

2024-03-25 0.69 7.5 7 31 26
2024-03-26 0.55 2.0 8 33 27
2024-03-27 0.37 4.0 10 27 16

On January 12th, DTW saw 1.04" precip and 4.6" snow, and that was all snow except the last 0.04". It's like walking through mashed potatoes.

Unfortunately, the GFS is an outlier.  The other models are farther south and less amped, so just showers here.

South solutions seem to be more likely.    Hope the GFS is right but hard to ever put trust in the GFS!!  It will like be caving today to the other models solution.

I thought that today was supposed to be damp in this area but around noon, we had a clearing here and full sunshine until almost sunset. A grand and glorious way to end the month here.

Only got 0.02" of rain tonight. This March ends up with below-normal rainfall for the month, but April looks to be a different story. Also a warm March, but not warm enough to be one of the top 10 warmest.
