Tree cutting is fun! Although today was a little trying. Got one stuck so I did a little bowling. Stayed stuck. Hopefully the winds tomorrow take it down.

Maybe. I haven't cut a live tree in years. Still working on Gypsy moth damage. Good growth in the wood yard over the past couple months. Courtesy of the suck  winter. 

Picture taken Sunday. Almost all is new.

Have you considered a Daisy Cutter bomb...the one with the 5 ton yield?  Very effective in Nam.

Then it poured. Moving past 1” of water, steady 0.15” hourly rates.

River swelling from melt happening here as well. Took this around 2pm. Haven't had nearly as much rainfall though - only 0.15" so far. I reckon if I end up with over 2" from this system there will be some minor flooding on local roads.
