NorthArlington101
It’s a pretty notable tick SE (or at least slower) at 78 from 18z to 12z
stormtracker
Precip axis moved a little south
stormtracker
Stopped at 90...850 line just south of DC...moderate precip...and that's where it stopped...wetter down here vs 12z
stormtracker
Precip field did take a small tilt to the south again. Again, stopped at 90, but the heavier precip that was up north was definitely smooshed down

Probably worse for SNE/NYC which gives me some joy 1

I could tell the improvement without even comparing it to the previous run. This will probably be one of those deals where rates will dictate the change over and if we get a stronger ULL it will help to mix in the cold air aloft earlier.. Nice to see the euro actually trend in our favor for once..
Terpeast
I don’t think we’ve seen the last of the trends. Still details to be worked out
DDweatherman
18z Euro as expected was a nice run. 0z will be fun folks. That h90 frame was solid with some more precip to fall and 850’s crashing 1
Interstate
I am not trying to be DD. But most of these types of overrunning events usually favor central PA. I have seen it so many times when we are supposed to get the heaviest snows, it shifts to the north at the last minute.

Definitely snow for Mappyland on that frame with a couple good hours of precip left. 1/2 degrees colder down near DC and the column would be nice, probably still snow given the 850’s crash when the low deepens…but non accumulating I’d suspect

NorthArlington101
NorthArlington101 all pretty encouraging trends and a nice gradual bleed south. It’s not too late for DC but I’m skeptical. PA/MD border is in the game. Maybe even down to Baltimore. I need something to track so I’ll stick with it til game time
