dailylurker
What time looks the most insane up at the Watershed? I'm planning on being there around 9am. I want to hike up to Salamander Rock during peak storm conditions. Thundersnow up there would be epic. I'm chasing!
WeatherShak
Heading to South Mountain tomorrow morning to hike to Annopoils Rocks. Should be better up there. Great snow hike! Have fun! I drove up to my cabin for this. Plan on teleworking tomorrow. I’m 30ish miles as the crow flies west of where you’re hiking - up on a ridge top. Can see Annapolis Rocks area with my binoculars!.

I was planning on doing that hike, but the jack looks like over the Catoctins. I'm thinking about hiking the watershed area. Salamander Rock looks like the highest spot. I just want to get as high as possible and hike in the snow lol

It's easier to use, save, animate, quick loading time, doesn't go down being a NOAA site. I don't think there is a very big difference between the quality of all the different maps. If something is better, I would use it. 2
