When it comes to snowfall from upper level dynamics, there are usually localized areas of surprise. Models rarely nail that. This isn't a strong system but it's drawn out. We'll see how it goes.
ifindppl
Still snowing at a good clip in Olney. I want to get ahead of the wind and cold blast coming this afternoon and clear the snow. I do not see how I avoid having to go out again later.

paxpatriot
Just measured 2.7 inches of fresh snow, moderate snow falling. Not the best dendrites, but gorgeous out. 25.6F. Two forum-wide wins in a week is crazy.

Yeah but so far I have been just clipped by the band in Baltimore County and the east side and everything seems to be staying to my west for now. I am hoping it to move east just 15 miles. biodhokie
I'm minorly irked at OPM. Nothing like the terror of sliding down the only way out of your apartment with no control on a side street into a extremely busy and properly salted colesville rd. Feel like today should've been the closure and Tuesday the 2 hour delayed arrival.
