North Balti Zen
My labs will NOT let me work. I am sitting outside on my deck in the falling snow watching them explore. Frankly, this rules.

Still snowing lightly. 26 degrees. This is my 6th snow event in 13 days. And I will end up over 12 inches on the year after this event. It has been a great January. Need February to act like a Nino February and we will break climo this year. These were taken a while ago before I did my first shovel. Enjoy the rest of your trip. Great pics, up between 3.5 and 4" up here, had a really nice band between 7-9AM that was "pummeling" us. Came into today with 11" on the season.

Wetbulbs88
This is even better than last storm, at least here in AdMo. Way better rates and dendrites. Our Bernese pup is absolutely thrilled. She's passed out now from our last romp. Last storm was pretty cool, but this is the first true snower in years.

Unless something changes quickly... The shortwave sunk too far south and the good banding ended up between Baltimore and DC... katabatic
So the forecast for Garrett County is just epic. Not surprisingly, I cannot get anyone to go tubing with me at Canaan tomorrow (but had to buy tickets not only for tomorrow but Sunday as well...the only way to experience this is to be out in it!!) but @nj2va is in town and he and I are meeting at Mountain State Brewing Co (6690 Sang Run Rd. McHenry) tomorrow at 7 PM if any other like minded weenies are in the area. First round and pizza is on me. This is a time for celebration.
