I kinda feel bad for the dude...and everytime you try and talk some sense into him he just ignores it altogether, lol I guess if some people are intent on being miserable no matter what, ya can't really stop 'em...

Looks like we might under perform.  Both the RAP and HRRR only gives us another 1.5-2 inches :(

Just let this one play out and skip models. Upper level stuff is a real time thing. Models are much better at upglide/fronto. When it comes to snowfall from upper level dynamics, there are usually localized areas of surprise. Models rarely nail that. This isn't a strong system but it's drawn out. We'll see how it goes.

Still snowing at a good clip in Olney.  I want to get ahead of the wind and cold blast coming this afternoon and clear the snow. I do not see how I avoid having to go out again later.

Yeah but so far I have been just clipped by the band in Baltimore County and the east side and everything seems to be staying to my west for now.  I am hoping it to move east just 15 miles.

I'm minorly irked at OPM. Nothing like the terror of sliding down the only way out of your apartment with no control on a side street into a extremely busy and properly salted colesville rd. Feel like today should've been the closure and Tuesday the 2 hour delayed arrival.
