TJ3
They didn't get quite as much up that way, but possibly upwards of 4 inches, so there should be a small amount left when you arrive My cousin lives in Short Pump and I figured he was exagerating what was going on down there. Now I know, thank you
MidlothianWX
My cousin lives in Short Pump and I figured he was exagerating what was going on down there. Now I know, thank you I live about 25-30 minutes south of there and I received almost 4.5" so I can only figure that they were in the 3.5-4.0" range. North Balti Zen
I understand, and I apologize, but I was already told to "go back to my own thread" by Ji and another individual for simply posting my snow obs. Good news, Midlo, glad for you. Bet it's going to be a great sledding snow given how cold it is. And Ji needs his own thread entitled "Ji's house". real
I think this is the first time in a week I won't be staying up for the Euro. I think this (non) storm may have permanetly altered my sleep pattern. And, after all of that, all I have to show for it is less snow than what I got in two of those surprise Fizzards from Lake-effect a few weeks back. mattie g
I'm looking forward to waking up tomorrow and, aside from the dusting laying around, forgetting this storm ever formed. As an aside, north central Jersey is getting absolutely pummeled right now. Reminds me of the band that sat over the middle of Maryland on February 10. But I admit that I'm not at all interested in reading their obs.
Chase
Snowfall totals from LWX. lol http://www.erh.noaa....vents/snowmaps/ Eh, that doesn't account for the light snow that developed over Northern Virginia and Central Maryland. I got an inch, I just haven't reported it yet, because it's still snowing. I'm looking forward to waking up tomorrow and, aside from the dusting laying around, forgetting this storm ever formed. As an aside, north central Jersey is getting absolutely pummeled right now. Reminds me of the band that sat over the middle of Maryland on February 10. Solo2
To add insult to injury, we've gotten over 5" out here to the west and its snowing really hard right now. You also avg 160"+ a year and have had 60"+ for the month. We expect you to have upslope snow. It is upsetting to hear that places 30ish miles in each direction got about an inch while we never got anything.
