But at least someone in SNE will get screwed by it.

at least for a bit.. mattmfm is probably sweating. of course if you look at the area around the jersey coast there is a mauling headed toward the north for later.

Looking at the MarylandWx radar it looks like another "Burst" of light snow is moving across the bay into eastern Baltimore County.:drunk: I never thought I would be all farts giggles over a bit of light snow as Ocean City, MD is under a Blizzard Warning. KMA!

20Z RUC has another 10 hours of this

Stop ruining any fun I can squeeze out of this thing!

:arrowhead:

BTW - My family's all in South Jersey - in fact, I drove home from there today. Dad said they were getting hit pretty good. I don't mind living somewhat vicariously through them.

SPC was spot on in their mesoscale discussion this morning...persistent heavy banding would be over DE and NJ....I am literally a few miles from the DE border and have rarely gotten into the light green echos. really small flakes since 10 am... lots of blowing and about 2 inches so far. Dont think the 6-12 is gonna pan out here lol. so close but not close enough.

Yea, people in the Philly board are also complaining. But they seem to be complaining about 2 to 4 instead of the predicted 6 to 10. City of Philly seems to be doing o.k., but extreme gradient literally at the border of the city and burbs.

We are getting crushed a bit here in lower Delaware. We have around eight inches now. It's hard to tell how much because of the blowing and drifting. Went outside for a few minuets with the dog and we were both coated with snow as it is very sticky. I know you folks are missing this but there is a downside for us. It will be DAYS before we get plowed out if last years performance holds true. I was housebound for eight days at one point. Not looking forward to a repeat of that. Oh well. Here is our forecast. Wish I could send it your way.

Congrats! But on't worry, the snow will probably be gone in 3-4 days anyway.
