* WHAT...Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast
  Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow expected this evening into tonight. A
  change over to mixed precipitation is likely Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can

KYW traffic report earlier this morning had noted several times that it had been snowing down in Baltimore and that was causing some road issues there.

Currently 24 here in NW Philly with dp a desert-like 6.

Looks that way. I'm perfectly fine with these nickel and dime events. This is our normal way to reach our seasonal totals.

That's what it was although I could certainly feel it too.  I have one of those "Polar Shield" cover things that I put across my windshield and it's black so could see individual flakes actually land on it and not melt right away! :thumbsup::P
