I am watching this snow coming north through central NJ and it really comes in like a wall.  You go from flurries to decent rates quite quickly.

I'm in coastal Monmouth county an it's not even snowing yet here

Central Barnegat Bay.  Flipped 40 minutes ago and the ground is covered.  Side streets caving.   However, temp is climbing a tenth of a degree every 5-10 minutes.  Currently 30.2

 

We will pick up 1-1.25 and it will mix and the ground will be bare tomorrow.  At work, I had 37.8 for surface bay water at 1115AM and 40.9 for ocean water just outside Barnegat Inlet an hour earlier.  

 

Water is warm, we are limited with the wind swinging towards the east and accelerating already.
