It’s a combination of factors, new breaches etc, but Captree Island(west side of RM bridge, Seganus Thatch, Grass Island are all basically under water. Interesting thing about Donna is, it made landfall east of Gloria but the surge was higher in the city-- is this because it had a much larger eye? Both were Cat 1 at our latitude I think?
