NickD2011
I remember Eastern US Wx handled the severe winter of 2010 without a hitch. This site was slow at 1 am on Christmas morning for a smaller storm than any of the big blizzards of 2010. Reminds me of the good 'ol days when we were all on Wright-Weather and that site kept crashing during snow storms (it was down for hours during PDII). stormtracker
Eastern never had 1800 online at once. Never.
NickD2011
Eastern never had 1800 online at once. Never. Well I take that back. I'd have thought that with every snowstorm in 2009-2010, Katrina, February 11 2006, and all the other big events, Eastern stayed up without a hitch. I'm sure the 1800 record will be broken tomorrow. Then again, this storm featured a lot of discussion with each model run. Perhaps viewing the board should be restricted to members only during extremely high loads.
