Mine had stopped as well but I put down some winterizer and lime right before the alleged by some "blip in the drought" and it started growing again. Nov I was 2.2" above average and December is .1" below average for the entire month, so clearly December is above average to date. Hoping to get at least that .1 in the next few days.
