snowfan
Well, Chiefs-49ers it is. 9ers would tie the Pats and Steelers for most rings if they win.

Scarlet Pimpernel
Wow, just unbelievable! How can the Lions refuse to go for a fairly easy field goal TWICE!? Such poor play calling decisions.
Chris78
Head scratcher why Detroit didn't kick the FG there. 4 and 3 a little different than 4 and inches

Scarlet Pimpernel
Sad thing is the Lions probably eek out a win if they went for the FG those two times. Or at worst, go into OT.
nj2va
In the SB, let’s go Niners. Only because they have the hotter players between Purdy, Bosa, McCaffrey, and Juszczyk.

But you gotta take the damned points when you have the easy chance to do so. Better 6 more near certain points than zero and giving your opponent the ball back with good field position. Maestrobjwa
54 minutes ago, CAPE said: The offense was ill prepared in both playoff games. Awful in the first half last week but overcame it against a lesser opponent mostly by running the ball(imagine that). This week they never really got it together and there were no apparent adjustments at halftime. Just kept winging it downfield. Low percentage stuff. That needs to be looked at. It's fair it needs to be looked at...but for a firing? Nah man...he only just got here and gave Lamar the keys to the offense? You think it's wise to take that away after one year? You don't fire somebody after one year for a bad playoff appearance (BTW the adjustment last week he should get credit for). Lamar works well with him--bad idea to rip that out after Year 1. Scraff
Who de fuck truly wanted to see Detroit and KC anyway? SF/KC should be pretty epic. Though SF/Ravens would have been our BECS, but now I’ll pay attention to it like our upcoming Wednesday flurries.

Lamar works well with him--bad idea to rip that out after Year 1. The 2 playoff games were really rough offensively. The Pittsburgh game was awful too, despite resting some players. The Steelers were totally mediocre with a third string QB. That is a game they should have won with a good game plan. Sure, easy to say it didn't matter. But evaluating the last 3 offensively, quite a fall off after that Miami game. They attacked them appropriately given their defensive weaknesses. Not so much the case since then.
