The WPC moderate risk for flooding Tuesday-Wednesday is attached issued about 07z/7. Someone ping me if I missed this post earlier in the morning.

Snow holds water initially, ripens and lets loose pretty quick.  My guess is that I80 north will hold water pretty good through 7AM Wednesday, even if the max temp in the 50s occurred prior to 7AM Wed, then it will go fast, til it freezes up Thursday or Friday. Problem area continues I95 corridor, in my opinion, and cellars, esp if power goes out and no back up generators(SAFE USE-PLACEMENT please- no carbon monoxide poisoning please.)

Finals via CoCoRaHs will post tomorrow morning around 1030A.  

Finals via the NWS local storm reports where they use social media as well as CoCoRaHs and folks like us, probably complete at 8P tonight.

I know they'd have the highest totals on Long Island, there was this band that had staying power until around midnight in that region.

We might not be totally done on the N shore. The CCB developing will be best north of here for sure but there could be some sloppy accumulation if we get a band or two to extend south. HRRR has 1-2" north of the LIE.

I was in Long beach. There were some mangled flakes mixed in otherwise rain. My house probably had a coating to half inch.

We had car tops and roof tops covered here with a few hours of light to moderate snow between 4 PM and 8 PM here, I think that's how JFK got their 0.1"
