baltosquid Posted January 5, 2024 Share Posted January 5, 2024 It’s only the ICON, but it trended towards popping out a vort into the plains ahead of the energy for the 13th. Looks very similar to the GFS progression, less heights immediately in front of the big western blob of energy. Can’t say it is in the transfer camp until the longer 00z run verifies but that leaves only the UKMET being stingy with that vort, keeping it further north.
