Wasn't surprised with the wind as i didn't expect anything big in that dept here, A bit surprised at the temps though, Thought we could see 50's but a weaker system and with CAD holding on as we didn't get torched on strong southerly winds scuttled that, The areas mid coast east that generally experience strong winds them along the coast looked to have got some but did not look like anything out of the ordinary, Looks like NW Maine will retain snow though as rainfall totals were less then and looked to have flipped to snow with several inches so not a total loss, We will rebuild at some point here.

Great Tom, Glad you could hold on to some pack, That should become bullet proof with some colder temps moving in, The rain is done here as well as it looks like just some showers left. Typhoon Tip
We were just model magnified ...that's what happened. 10 to as much as 60% of most systems on any given D9 plot ...if they happen at all, should be mandatory scalp off the top of whatever magnitude the system is depicted at that range. rcostell
Not New England, but not far. Hope you don't mind. About 7-8 inches of very heavy wet snow at 32 degrees almost throughout, here at 1800' near Whiteface. Power out for hours, some trees down in immediate (very rural) area. Birch bender for sure. Still snowing lightly, bit of upslope. Down in nearby WIlmington- probably 4 inches or less- elevation driven. 8

Very nice, was up at Whiteface Lodge over thanksgiving weekend and had more snow in the lower elevations than at hotel elevation which is just about 2k. Looks like normalization has resumed.
