Tomorrow morning looks like we do it again with snow showers and some places whitening good chance I sleep through this seasons round 3.

I could swear most snow events in last years abysmal winter happened mid morning would be nice if the timing would change.

* Monday's post frontal possible change to a little snow also lines up in the mid morning lol

Snow is starting to move into the County from the NW this morning. With the temperatures below freezing we could see some slick spots on area roads - be careful. Most spots will see at most about a half an inch of snow. We start a nice warmup tomorrow through the weekend...it should be dry tomorrow and Saturday before rain moves in on Sunday. Much colder again for next week.
Records for today: High 75 (1998) / Low 1 (1926) / Rain 2.04" (1914) / Snow 8.0" (1959)

Snow 2 days in a row! Measured 0.5" in colder shaded spots, and with 0.20" of graupel yesterday puts mby at 0.7" for the season. The 0.9" total from last winter might be in jeopardy. So far, pointing in the right direction for this winter!

This! Who knows how this winter will ultimately unfold. But getting three "events" in the last 10 days during what some are hyping as the most hostile December for snow in the history of western civilization can't be a bad omen heading forward.

A nice couple of days before a nice rainstorm moves in on Sunday. We should see above normal temperatures through the weekend (normal highs are in the low 40's) in fact by Sunday we could see many spots in the 60's. As warm as that is it is still nowhere near a record high. The record high for Sunday is the 70 degree reading from 1946. We turn seasonably colder for the rest of the upcoming week.
Records for today: High 70 (1980) (RIP John Lennon) / Low 12 (1959) / Rain 1.94" (1978) / Snow 4.7" (1917)

A rain to snow event Sunday night w/a Birds win over Dallas would make my winter...and winter hasn't even started. Give RedSky a pillow and some bees and I think we're all set...

Made it up to 39 as a high yesterday and bottomed out at 30 this morning.  Have probably topped out now at 51 and it's currently 49 and partly sunny, with a deck of high clouds, and dp 37.
