Just clouds here at the moment and 35.5/31.1, and only rain fell. BUT looking up the hill it looks like the snowline was about 3K overnight.

I remember back when clippers would give us cold, fluffy snow.

Thankful for some rain at least.

250 at the state line in Highland at 4332 ft. had about an inch of snow last night. The highway is covered with snow.

Clippers also resulted in many forecast busts back in the day, though when they make it over the mountains they can be pretty cool and help keep the winter vibe intact.

How often would we get a clipper this early, though? (Although I get your overall point of the apparent clipper disappearance. But I'd argue if this were a month later it would've been better)

Oh yeah? Nice! Didn't see any flakes up here in my neighborhood...family member reported some in Parkville, though. Looks like I still haven't laid eyes on a flake since 2023, lolol Hopefully I will soon

Looks like rimmed snowflakes. Make sense given the tongue of warm air at the surface.

1-2" in Garrett County, its a wet packable snow. Stuck to everything and made the trees very scenic.

Snow shower's earlier here . Quick dusting that melted quickly in lower elevations. A dusting to an inch or so from 2000 feet upward.
