Any of you guys have trouble posting images on here.  Says file is too big all of a sudden.

Anya 18z Euro has between 9-13” for RVA still snowing some a end for run so maybe add an inch or two

I've been having trouble for a while. That's why I have to save it to a file and then post the file

The fix is to pay for a subscription package. I have the ultimate that's why I can post a lot of images and gifs. As much time as I spend here I felt it was worth it. But to each his own.

You both probably don't have any attachment space left.  Go to your account and click attachments/my attachments.  If it's above 95%, you probably don't have enough space.  You will need to delete some old attachments to make space.  If they are important, make sure to save a hard copy to your computer or phone first

Thanks for helping with that bud!

Hey @RIC Airport when you post the maps and it shows the amount of snow for the four different areas in the Richmond area I think one is Richmond proper, I think one is Petersburg. What are the other two? They lineup four of them from north to south.

Those are airport locations where there is either an ASOS or AWOS. To the left of each number I labeled which airports they are. I didn't do all of them, so let me know if you want to know a specific one.

Good info, probably should've recommended that first. You do start off with some storage, but it can get full.

I'll just say, I'm very pessimistic about this entire system. After the last few years and few weeks I have to say I'm permanently numb to outcomes here at this point. It'll take model runs within 24-48 hours at this point for me to be really intrigued.

00z ICON keeps hope alive.

Truth be told, though, that's exactly what happened during the February 2003 storm. RIC was 21°F, while PHF was 58°F at the height of that event.

In fact, February 2003 came up as an analog, along with February 1983, another blizzard that hit the East Coast where 18" was recorded at RIC.

So how much did Richmond get in 2003 PD2?

I was living in inland Cape May County, New Jersey then and we got a foot and a half of snow.

Airport recorded 1.9", but that was all sleet. Storm came in 3 separate waves with 1.41" of QPF, with temps mainly in the 20s. AKQ had 12-18" in the forecast so it was a huge bust down this way, really for everyone south of about a CHO to EZF line.
