Is it trickling into the 00z ?

Not related but the 00z GFS does depict the ULL better. Those types of ULLs tend to produce quick amounts of accumulation. We can certainly hope. Okay I’m done. Bed time. I hope. One more eye open for any changes. Eyes closing.. eye.. close.. ing.. zzzzzz

True enough. Here's NBC 12's update moments ago. Not much change. They say 3-6 in Richmond. 6 is possible south and east. They say it will start between 7am and 10 am and stick immediately

Such a lazy forecast- they always do that

Zach Daniel posted 9 minutes ago. WTVR stuck with its map. Seems WRIC stuck with 5-10 as well. Im starting they just know something I dont and only NBC 12 disagrees.

Assuming they are running with 15:1.  Most qpf is around .4-.5 which puts it in the range then the trickle nw that tends to happen as well

Radar depiction down in the south at the gulf looks much more amplified (assuming a stronger low).  Hopefully can power through more than what the models show to give us a little shift nw.

also looked a couple hours early and is heavier in western/central tn

Yeah, I'm a night owl. Apparently DT is as well. He updated his forecast after the 00z and some 2 am data. He seems rather confident

Lol!! Last call of the last call. 2025 version of defining words. "Last" -coming after all others in time, space or degree. Or in this case "last" AGAIN!

Storm is an unorganized mess right now .. Hopefully it can get its self together or this will be a storm of bands, where a few miles can make a big difference… if your in that Heavy band or not… It’s not snowing here in my  part of Glen Allen at the moment but we did get a dusting from the first band that came through… Next one seems to be the doorstep in the next 30mins or so

Check out the radar out of Wilmington NC. Coastal just getting going ahead of the gulf energy.  That should get transported north and enhahce the area of snow already breaking out in Central Virginia by noon or so. I think everything looks to be on schedule. I haven't looked at any morning runs but just judging by radar it looks pretty good, in my opinion. On schedule

Agree with everything is on schedule (maybe even a little ahead) with the storm still organizing it can form the dry air pockets & also rob the moister in the backend of the storm.. looks like it’s already doing . staying in the heavier bands are key to how much accumulation we all get
