Meh, hard for me to get excited for a mixed system.

Should be able to cash in a bit on the back side once the low deepens, passes to the northeast and draws down cold on the backside.

Windy, too! Maybe nearing blizzard conditions on the back side in spots?

Ensembles are all over the place. From too far north. Too far south. A complete miss. Take that run with a grain of salt.

Thing are better since yesterday when i was saying  34 and rain. Rain should  be a touch warmer at  38

Wednesday
Rain and snow likely, mainly after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Wednesday Night
Rain and snow likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Thursday
A chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38. Breezy. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

With the  model runs today i can see Weds with a temp of  38 to start with a  bit  of sleet/snow  mix but temps arent going to drop weds  night, if anything they will remain steady  at  38. Thursday the  moisture will be gone by the time the temp drops.

GFS another slider that doesn't phase or turn the corner but still gets Richmond and Central parts of Virginia pretty good. More frozen into Hampton Roads from what it looks like. I don't have precipitation Maps yet

GFS not bad but could be better. DT says the GFS is really not a good model outside of 80 hours.

Nothing special about that. Freezing rain is rain and with  the  ocean that  close we will warm above freezing.

Just posting so everyone could see. There was no need to write anything and go in detail because it'll change. I think it's best to stick to the Euro, GFS is already wobbling around with this one.
