I don’t think anywhere around here has gotten over a dusting. Just my opinion. Even grassy areas around here are barely getting stuck to. It’s too warm. We ain’t getting more than 3 inches.

The AKQ bot is putting out totals as we speak, many so far are in the 1-1.5" ranges. I did see a 2" report around Burkeville. It's also important to look at the times when the measurements were made.

Wow, our little thread is melting down?  Come on guys, it's snow.  Yeah, looks like a bust, again.  Yeah, they close the schools nowadays when somebody spills a slushie.  Shoot, we have been in the winter desert for years, we actually have some events, be it small, but events nonetheless.  

I think RIC Airport is traveling to NY so limited access.

~1.5” at the moment in Ashland.  Looks like a solid band set up out west that should drive some rates up.  Roads still just wet but driveway has some covered spots

Yes, I'm up here until Thursday and waiting for the 1-3" to start around 8 p.m. I can browse, but I only occasionally post for the rest of the afternoon. I don't claim to be a moderator and don't think we need one, but I always try to exercise my interpersonal tact when I post.

Yeah it's frustrating. Always were on the fence but looks like you're going to be 20 mi too far south for this one. Maybe the next big burst will cool the column enough to flip you back in the next 90 minutes. Whatever happens between now and four p.m. is the time. After that the column warms all the way. You might be looking at plain old rain by 6:00 p.m. sucks.
