I'm down here right on the Currituck sound and had sleet and snow mixed in. I'm 300 feet from the shoreline about 13 or 14 miles south of the Virginia border. You're going to do better than you think today Very light snow here but the back end is almost here. Thats it here.

Conway7305
I’m guessing roads will eventually start to cave.
SoCoWx
Back to a very fine, light snow in the Fan. AccuWeather’s “future radar” keeps trying to dry slot the city hard around 12 Noon. Hopefully that doesn’t happen.
RIC Airport
Unlike other storms this winter, this storm is unfortunate to occur during the day. The February sun angle takes its toll, especially during marginal temperature events. The temps for most of this month have been above freezing, so the roads won't be an issue for the most part unless you're amid heavier snowfall rates and closer to sunset.
ldub23
LT snow lasted about an hour at 35.5 degrees. Dry slot has arrived and anything after will be rain

Had a few hours of token flakes in Norfolk with temps around 40F. Nice to look at it but it's stopped now. 1

eaglesin2011
looks like a decent/heavier band should move back in within the next hour for most of the Northern side of the Richmond area...
Conway7305
Short Pump only 1/2 inch if that on grass.
Conway7305
Changeover looks to be earlier around 3-4pm according to HRRR. May not be exact but would greatly reduce totals. Was suppose to changeover around 5-6. My guess is 3” inches unless heavy bands set up before changeover.

TampaMan
I don’t think anywhere around here has gotten over a dusting. Just my opinion. Even grassy areas around here are barely getting stuck to. It’s too warm. We ain’t getting more than 3 inches.

RIC Airport
https://x.com/iembot_akq The AKQ bot is putting out totals as we speak, many so far are in the 1-1.5" ranges. I did see a 2" report around Burkeville. It's also important to look at the times when the measurements were made.
