We are ready here for 3-6” that is coming. One side came in thick n deep like my hair. Other side has washed away 3x and I have re soil and seeded 3x

I’m elevated in my hood and the lawn is graded fairly well away from the house. I fixed two main areas this summer where some water got into the basement during Ida but it’s more my ocd then a major concern. If we get 6+ I’m sure there will be some leakage but nothing like your undies after an IPA binge.

There could be 10-12” loli’s really anywhere from CNJ to HFD.

We had that a few times this summer. Models did a good job at hinting where the qpf falls but the max areas were localized by several factors. And this  invt compared to a stalled front so even trickier to predict.

Went with broad 2-4 over CT with more localized 6+ possible depending on where the axis of heavy rain sets up. 

Expecting a busy day tomorrow.

A lot of water no matter what….And the ground is saturated already from Mondays 3+ inches, along with all the rivers and streams being high.

The least we could do is gin up a Tippy gale and topple trees onto lines with wet ground. I mean at least give us that Mother Nature.
