I thought that too but that big gap in the radar is still a very solid light, to at times moderate, rainfall. At least so far. Low clouds from the easterlies I reckon.

Yardstickgozinya
I would have to say atp it's underperformed here in Baltimore . As Anduril noted the center of circulation appears to be west and onshore. There still plenty of storm left. I'm hoping something worth recording will come along. Anduril
1.36in in the gauge. Highest wind gust my stations recorded so far was like 8mph but its not in a great spot for wind. I think if anything really shows for winds its gonna be from this stuff when it comes into play
Bubbler86
Was at Cape Henlopen today and someone had a handheld wind gauge. Sustained it was reading 52. Not much for gusts....just sustained, pounding wind. This is as much about the interaction with the high to the north vs. being near the center of the storm.
Itstrainingtime
Just got one last update from my wife before heading into the stadium - she says it hasn't rained a drop in 5 hours. Still .97" in the bucket. She's wondering what happened to the storm I was talking about for days. Okay...We Are!!!
