-Arpege: NB very late 9/16 980 mb

-ICON: NB early 9/17 975 mb

-GFS: NB early 9/17 976 mb

-CMC: SW NS early 9/17 981 mb

-UKMET: SW NS late 9/16 966 mb

-JMA: Cape Cod 8PM 9/16 963 mb

-Euro: NB hour 90 early 9/17 974 mb

-KMA: E corner ME 5PM on 9/16 962 mb

Has there been any info regarding the Euro AI learning models? They were consistently showing a landfall in SE New England. On a side note from what I was reading on twitter yesterday models have consistently underestimated the ridge out in the Atlantic either over this summer or maybe multiple summers, I figured AI was maybe correcting that bias but idk

Water vapor loop. Looks like Lee has some dry air entrained, and the eye has opened up. 

Lee no longer a major hurricane, it is a CAT 2 with 105mph top measured winds. Pressure still around that 950-952mb mark, but it is spreading out getting larger, causing less of a pressure gradient, and winds dropping a bit. Still very dangerous.
