I wish some engineers could build like a 4000 foot high plateau over say a 50 square mile area in SNE (maybe just outside 128)  so we could have a dependable winter season every year . I’ll recommend This to the state legislature . Would have sick upslope enhancement on East flow as well lol

Waiting for that Forky clown to bring this post over to OT in 3...2...1...

While we are at it, let's excavate all of NY State and make it into a lake.

Can you put that in writing?

Ha, no.  Feeling the dry mild weather.  Absolutely gorgeous days.

This morning dropped the wife off at BTV airport at 6am, now up at 4K feet with the dog.  Saw 38F as lowest on car in town, 39F up here.

Stunning and crisp morning, where you can see your breath the whole hike up.

I dunno...  I keep seeing these spontaneous when not delivered, 500 mb troughs into the M/A.  Meanwhile, there is some kind of semi permanent DVM plumb that has set up over eastern Canada, continuously adding mass to that surface ridging up there.

So long as those two circumstances persist, it is going to be hard to completely shake the easterly low level wind source along the entire eastern seaboard.

Just the mean of the operational guidance ... maybe 6 that all breaks down
