tstate21
Certainly some broad rotation just E of White Marsh but nothing of immediate concern at the moment. If there is going to be a brief spin-up soon, it would likely be in that area.

Steve25
That was easily the most intense sounding storms I think I've had all Summer in Parkville. No real wind to speak of, but the lightning and thunder was insane. I could feel my house shaking. I don't have a measurement on the rain but it seemed significant
Stormfly
Yep, deep thunder for sure. Waiting for video to finish processing. Not expecting this amount of house shaking thunder with this system!

87storms
I got kinda lucky here. Just to the south of me was in a split zone. Last I checked some nearby gauges showed 0.5” with upwards of 0.75” to the north, though that was only from one wave. The funny thing is even though the last several days were productive here, the larger totals still seem to be generally further south and east. I was in and around Bethesda yesterday and the grass was noticeably greener, though last night’s downpour should help around here.
mattie g
We *just* got clipped on the very southern end by the last cell that popped in Fairfax County at about 10:00pm. Probably about 0.1" total on the day, which was a little disappointing given all the action just north and west of us. About 1.75" total for the last week. Not bad, not great, but definitely not bad.
