dendrite
There's not a lot of cold air in the extended. Climatologically I should be seeing a lot of 40s over the next 1-2 weeks and 30s by mid month. I'm just getting some July vibes with much AN mins and some torchy max temps sprinkled in. 1

Most of the top ones have been in the last 5-10 years too. EPS has a big high move overhead in the 11-15 day and H5 ridge retro west. I’d like to see more ridging in the east. It’s gonna be well AN for sure.

It is crazy how the body acclimates… two weeks in Europe and not a single day in any city visited saw a high temp under 90F. Most were mid/upper 90s. It started to feel like normal. Today, windows and doors open feeling like it’s 72/48 but it was 81/64. Pretty wild how two weeks of 95F with nights of 70-75F can reset your baseline. I missed it, where did you go?
