WxWatcher007
Interesting given the two separate MDs, but I suppose the couple tornadoes line covers it.

wx_observer
The wind really picked up here in Central MA. If clouds could get a speeding ticket, today would fill the end of month quotas. I wouldn't want to be under any weakened trees with how saturated the ground is, even with the non-thunderstorm winds out there right now.

Should be primed for some good stuff today if you're right. Let's destabilize more.
weatherwiz
Saturday has crappy lapse rates but actually may hold a bit more potential then today. Shortwave doesn't seem to be de-amplifying like today and there are stronger height falls.

The instability is certainly great and dynamics are still certainly good, but with the poor lapse rates I would like to see 0-6km shear more in the 40 knot range and bulk shear 40-45 knots. Those values are certainly enough for storm organization, but a bit more would help with stronger updrafts

That said, this is the best look we've had for severe all summer so we just roll with it.

FXWX
As has been pointed out by Wiz, greatest severe potential likely runs across eastern / northeastern Mass; at least in terms of tornado potential. While the SPC meso analysis tornado paraments are far from perfect, they do act as a good guide as to what areas to focus on when storms are moving into & across the region. Almost all of the of the tornado parameters they are generating now continue to bull's eye eastern & northeastern Mass. generate
