HIPPYVALLEY
I think the situation in Vermont is going to become dire. We’re looking at several more inches of rain being dumped on areas that are already experiencing flash flooding.

It would be a huge blow budget-wise. 2

My boss lives on State St. in Montpelier, just as you are leaving town before you get to the cemetery and she is starting to flood. My brother in law and sister in law's road in Moretown washed out this morning sometime after he left for work but before she did.

It’s in the trees in some spots but those are like the first line of defense. It’s not to the full high water mark I’ve seen where it’s fully out of the woods and into yards. I do think another 2-3” would start to get real interesting though. This thing can be ankle deep trickle I just walk up and down with the dog. Now it’s 10+ feet of muddy debris filled water.

AstronomyEnjoyer
1.0" additional in Bradford, NH since I checked this morning. Passed 5.0" total for this event. Radar returns just to my west have looked quite a bit more robust than over my head. Looks like half of Vermont is going to end up washed into the Long Island Sound.
