They cover much more than LI. They cover all of the city, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Westchester, Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, New London, including northeast NJ. Orange and Rockland are in rough shape. Parts of the Palisades have been washed out.

we probably get some light sprinkles or mist from this batch and that’s it. Absolutely ridiculous

I feel like we never even got a chance to recover from last summers drought, did we ever drop below D0 since then?
