Only Wednesday into Thursday do they drop into the low/mid 60’s briefly. Record dew summer rolls on.

(Verse 1)
Yo, listen up, let me tell you a story,
'Bout a man named DIT, ain't no need to worry.
He's all about them dewpoints, got his heart racing,
But when it comes to COC, he ain't embracing.

(Chorus)
DIT loves the high dewpoints in the air,
Chillin' outside, feeling that moisture everywhere.
Crack open a cold beer, take a sip, have a cheer,
But COC? Nah, man, that ain't his atmosphere.

(Verse 2)
DIT rocks a shiny dome, bald and proud,
He's got swagger and style, he stands out in the crowd.
When dewpoints rise, you'll see his smile grow,
Humidity's his jam, he's in the know.

But COC, man, that ain't his thing,
He's all about good vibes, positive energy he brings.
He'd rather sip on a cold brew, have a laugh,
Dewpoints and beer, that's his epitaph.

(Chorus)
DIT loves the high dewpoints in the air,
Chillin' outside, feeling that moisture everywhere.
Crack open a cold beer, take a sip, have a cheer,
But COC? Nah, man, that ain't his atmosphere.

(Bridge)
He's living life, embracing nature's bliss,
Dewpoints and beer, that's his perfect mix.
The sun sets, the stars align,
DIT's got his groove, everything's fine.

(Verse 3)
So raise your glass, let's toast to DIT,
A man who loves dewpoints and lives carefree.
He'll dance in the mist, under moonlit skies,
No COC can bring him down, that's no surprise.

(Chorus)
DIT loves the high dewpoints in the air,
Chillin' outside, feeling that moisture everywhere.
Crack open a cold beer, take a sip, have a cheer,
But COC? Nah, man, that ain't his atmosphere.

(Outro)
So here's to DIT, living life his way,
Loving dewpoints, enjoying each and every day.
Keep that positive vibe, let the haters see,
DIT's all about the dewpoints, his own recipe.

I still can’t believe I haven’t had a low below 60° yet this month. I average upper 50s.

We crept down to 56 this past Wednesday, but afternoon dews have been 65-70+ every day since June 24.  July 2020 had the highest average minimum so far here with 58.7°.  This month is running 60.6° with the warmer half yet to come.  2020 was also the only July that failed to drop below 50, though they reached 51.  The only such run to compare with this year was late June thru about July 20 in 2013, but this streak is easily dewier.

Could be a pretty significant flood event tomorrow for someone in SNE based on the 12z runs.

Can't rule out a tornado either if some areas destabilize event given the strong low level shear.

LCLs tomorrow are going to be quite low. Theta-e values tomorrow are going to be extremely high so llvl CAPE is going to be pretty abundant. Really won't take much to generate a quick spin-up tomorrow.

But yeah flood threat is a high concern. Rainfall rates are going to be pretty insane.

Agree big time on both issues...

87/75 atm...not sure how that doesn't fire something out there this afternoon. Should probably pump some water out of the already too high pool....a few weeks ago I was ready to have water delivered to top that thing off, now I am pumping it out

I keep having to empty mine out.  Was just in it. Very comfortable

Man this is some summer of yore weather right here. Massive thunderstorms all night. Now sun and dews and a nice south breeze. Everybody and their mother is out on or in the water today. IODs racing, kids skiing, folks swimming. Awesome stuff.

Interesting aside: I was at Chocomount beach on the south side of the island this morning and found a Portuguese man of war washed up. Apparently there have been several sightings on the island this week.
