I think Sat's trying to evolve half way decent.  Friday a boundary limps into a rich theta-e environment so borderline severe perhaps ...but then we get modest height rises immediately overnight ... might edge the next day better.  There may be pop ups ...but that looks like trending toward less inundation

I'm in the Saturday looks OK camp. At least right now.

cod satellite is broken today. Lots of clouds putting a damper on highs so mid 80s are going to be as warm as it gets. Yesterday was spectacular, a day earlier than I expected the marine sludge to get dislodged. Forecast looks terrible for any more sun before next Tuesday.

Waiting for Wiz to get excited for tomorrow. Nice looking CAPE and low level shear late tomorrow afternoon through evening for E NY and western New England. Definitely some tornado potential there.

Oh I already am

I've made a few posts...was thinking of doing a thread. I was originally more excited for upstate NY into VT but this even looks good across western MA and NW CT. Planning on maybe chasing tomorrow evening.

Albany is probably the best spot ~20z.

Yeah looks pretty prime around there. Unfortunately, I want be able to do that which blows. I'm hoping there will at least be an opportunity for a sick shelf cloud. I would be able to go a bit farther west into MA depending on timing.
