Looks like this morning’s MCS screwed us for this afternoon despite the good dewpoints. Satellite looks like a lifeless wasteland for convection around here.

Probably a more even distribution, I'd still be gung-ho for WNE as well.  I'll be more scattered than the firehose they had going earlier this week, but can't discount training etc.

Yup ... I bitched about that precise aspect this morning too - LOL.   You could tell at 7am that was timed horrifically. 

That said... I did get an impressive t-storm here around noon.  .9" in 20 min with a ton of lightning.
