A brief reprieve. BOX doesn't seem to buy it beyond that Wednesday A brief period of dry weather for southern New England on Wednesday as a relatively dry air mass characterized by PWATs ranging from 1 to 1.25 inches which is relatively low for mid-July. This will support abundant sunshine across southern New England on Wednesday with the exception of some diurnal cu. 925 hPa temps near 25 Celsius will support hot temperatures in the low 90s at the surface. With dewpoints only in the mid to upper 60s, the heat index will only be a degree or two higher on Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday definitely looks to be the pick of the week for those who prefer sunshine.

weatherwiz
Dew points Thursday could be pretty damn high if we get dew point pooling which is quite possible. Could see 74-77 dews 1
Ginx snewx
Dew dropping downslope dandy tomorrow. Hot sun cooler shade. Sweet, beach, lake, or pool. These hard decisions make my life hard... 1
weathafella
Overall warm and humid with minor breaks for the foreseeable future. The thing is-when dews drop a bit the temperatures are able to more easily elevate. Pretty stable pattern and burgeoning WAR injected into the mix throws fuel info it. Dangerous summer for many but so far mainly the southern half of NOAM.
HoarfrostHubb
Not New England weather but Iceland has another new volcano. Near the one from 2021 and the 2022 one. That area is awesome

CoastalWx
Gonna be tough to escape a wet pattern with a trough holding 850 temps near 2C over Lake Superior. Some of that drier air may move in mid to late next week for a couple of days. 1

My how things have changed Any reprieve from humidity this morning, with dewpoints in the upper 50s and low 60s, will fall by the wayside this afternoon as dewpoints rise back into muggy territory by this evening.
