Didn't you guys get 4-5" in April?

Yeah I should have said 2 months. What we got here was the best since then. Hoping this puts a dent in the drought overall. The grass here should spring back to life at least because when I was walking on it yesterday it was crunchy af lol

LOL.  Yea, our grass here should pop back up too.  1/4" will do wonders especially if followed by more in a few days.

Looks like MDT is close to 1 1/2" if their readings are correct.   Going to be some big losers as a lot of people are no where near that.

They got hit with several heavy blobs that were moving due north so makes sense. I got good rain but kinda stuck in the middle of MDT's fortunes and those just to the west. I'm not complaining - more is coming and .5" is a good number today and hopefully better and more frequent rain down the road.

Yea, I was mostly commenting that I doubt most people get that much assuming their 5 min readings are right.   They had 1/2" at 2PM and tacked on almost 1" since then.

Yep I was just in it. Went from about a half inch to now just over an inch from that batch. Real deal.

LNS joined you (though to the tune of between 1/2 and 3/4", not over 1") while CXY, MU,  ROU are losers.    Consolation prize though for those in the 1/4" area, with clouds much of the day that rain had a chance to soak down a bit with no sun to dry it out.

The only thing good about grocery shopping at Giant on Sundays is the ability to go in and drink two beers there before navigating our local hordes. They somehow were out of broccoli and corn by 2pm.

Anyone know what was going on in Harrisburg around 5-530? When I was leaving work like five cop cars went flying down Cameron St and then there was another cop car blocking off 2nd st under the rail bridge by UPMC
