HGR does have 3 3/4 but that was solely due to one day they overachieved in early Aug. Outside that day they have had 1.5" with only .25 in the last 2 weeks. We are slightly under 3" here. If it had said 3-4" I would not have said anything but over 4 is pretty crazy. Most within 5 miles of me are in the 2-3" range which is not terrible but not 4-6 either.
