Yep, I was thinking it was more for model verification that to suggest it was right.  Convection is convection though....I am not counting my drops until they are on the ground.    The 3K was splitting prior to 12Z in defense...it is insisting.

Just got out of Monday meetings and was reading a well respected red tagger in the MA thread who posted that conditions in this general area are not favorable for Tornadoes...at least yet. I really hope that holds. Here's to hoping we all get a nice rain with a 15 mph breeze...not likely but I can hope. I don't wish damage on anyone.

Yea I don’t sense tornadoes north of 30 - straight line winds with the emerging derecho are the issue
